Massage Therapy
Whether you are in pain or suffering from an injury, you have come to the right place. With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in helping you on your journey to health and wellness. I have specific training in injury treatment and orthopedic assessment. I served on the Texas Massage Therapy Advisory Board for two years. During this time, I played a key role in making draping a requirement in all massage settings throughout the state of Texas. I am very proud of this accomplishment and my chance to bring more legitimacy to the profession.

Somatic Experiencing
We all experience trauma in our lifetime, but the ability to fully heal from it may not be as common. SE is a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders. This method releases traumatic shock, which is key to transforming PTSD and the wounds of emotional and early developmental attachment trauma. This gentle approach differs from talk therapy in that what actually happened isn't as important as how and where you feel it in your body. This training has been a natural progression for me, as I encounter people with numerous traumas daily. Although massage can help to alleviate pain, SE can get to the root of where the traumatic memory is being stored.

Although a physician or psychotherapist may have referred you, I do not accept insurance.
