Holistic Massage Therapy 

My style of massage is meant to be relaxing, yet effective. Holistic massage focuses not only on the physical aspect of the body, but the body as a whole. Mental, physical and emotional. ​Relaxation and stress relief, pain management, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being is the goal. This is done with the use of intentional strokes, movement and/or rocking of the body, and light, medium, or firm pressure to relieve tension and stress within the body and calm the nervous system. 

Please be advised that all services are outcall/mobile. I currently service the areas of Collin County, Rockwall County, eastern Denton and northern Dallas County. My home base is located in Allen, TX. PLEASE NOTE*** Any services requested outside of this specified area requires a $30 travel fee and is contingent upon distance.
