After nearly a decade serving in the United States Army, and working as a tree care professional I went back to school for Massage Therapy in 2023. I became licensed in 2024, this work has become my passion and mission in life. I believe that bodywork does not need to be painful to achieve results! Through one breathe at a time and a willingness to receive the work, incredible changes can be achieved. In early 2026 I attended the level 1 Advanced Muscle Reconstruction workshop held by Jimmy Bluff and his wife Maria. I later attended the level 2 workshop to become certified as an AMR practitioner. I'm proud to offer this as my main service to clients. This is not a traditional massage, this is highly focused bodywork, where we help release the fascia fiber by fiber. I've received the work myself from Jimmy and can say that this work is like none other.
