Appointments are available through:

• Treatment plans--(4) Sessions $500 or (8) Sessions $920

• Measurable progress

• Ongoing maintenance--weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly

**Gift certificates or individual appointments outside of a maintenance plan are no longer accepted.**

**Chair/Table massage is available for corporate events, school events, parties, etc.**

**Regular Athletic recovery services are available for student and adult athletes**

**Insurance is not accepted, however HSA/FSA cards are accepted and a receipt can be provided for insurance submission reimbursement.**
