I've always been active and connected to physical work. Through sports, strength training, martial arts, manual labor, and even long hours sitting at a computer, I've experienced firsthand how the body can become tight, restricted, and worn down. I understand what muscles feel like when they're working well—and what it feels like when they aren't. Those experiences have given me a genuine appreciation for the importance of releasing tension, restoring movement, and building a healthier foundation for muscular function.
My path into massage therapy began with my brother, an established and highly knowledgeable deep tissue therapist. He recognized a natural ability and potential in me and encouraged me to pursue massage as a profession. I trained under him, developing my skills and learning to approach the body with patience, intention, and purpose.
Today, I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic bodywork. I don't believe massage should simply follow a routine or provide temporary relief. I take the time to understand what your body needs, work slowly and intentionally, and focus on the areas that need the most attention.
I created Deep Rooted Massage around the idea that lasting change starts at the root. My goal is not only to help release what's holding your body back, but to help establish new roots—a stronger foundation of healthy movement, muscular function, and habits that allow you to feel and move better.
