Meet Lauren. I get questions all the time about how I ended up doing massage.  Long story short - I’ve always had a heart for people.  From an early age people came to me to share their worries and hurts, and over time that grew into a passion of wanting to help others through healing and bodywork.  I was a speech pathologist for 15 years, then dabbled in personal training, which led me to learn about assisted stretching.  After doing assisted stretching sessions (what I coined Mobi-Flex) for close to three years, I knew I needed to offer more for hurting people.  Getting my license in massage therapy was the next step.  Call it what you will - but I believe God has given me a gift to heal others from the inside out.  Every person that walks through that door will receive the same care and compassion.  My approach is never cookie-cutter; it’s individualized and unique, just like each one of us. It’s truly my joy to serve others through this healing path!
