Hello!  My name is Katrice.  I am the sole owner of Massage By Katrice LLC.  I am a licensed massage therapist with over 11 years of experience.  I received my training from Greenville Technical College in 2014.  I continue to gain knowledge in taken continued education classes to better serve my clients.  I provide professional massages that includes swedish/relaxation, therapeutic, prenatal, and hot stone massage.

I customized all massage session base on the needs of my clients.  Massage therapy provides tons of benefits that range from, but not limit to, relieving low back pain, tight muscles, circulation issues, stress, and so much more.  No refunds will be given on discounted packages, discontinued memberships, or massage services or prepaid packages.  The credit will remain on your account until you find a suitable time to use it.

Deposit

I require a 20% non-fundable deposit when booking an appointment.  The deposit amount is deducted from the total of your service.  Refund will only be given if the therapist has to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  

Cancellation Policy 

I understand that emergencies or illness can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. However, I ask that you provide me with a 24-hour notice of any cancellation or schedule changes through text or email.  All same day cancellation will be charged 50%.  No call/No show will be charged 100%.

Late Arrival

I ask that all new clients arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your schedule appointment time to allow enough time to fill out forms if you haven't done so before your appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be reschedule or you can still receive the service for the allotted time left of your session.
