Nash Athletic BodyWork, LLC is celebrating it's "30 year Anniversary" this year. It is an Integrative Health and Wellness company that specializes in the Mind, Body, Spirit Energy and Fitness of Canine/ Equine/Human athletes and those individuals with repetitive-use issues.
Nash Athletic BodyWorks has relocated to the Wissahickon Spine Center, 15 W Highland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19118.
Nash Athletic BodyWorks, (NABWS) has over 30 years of experience developing and implementing Fitness and Therapy Services for athletes, medical professionals and those that work in physically intense industries of work.
Nash Athletic BodyWorks, "Physical Story" began with it's lead therapist, Arlita J. Nash, participating in a variety of Youth Athletics. They were gymnastics, swimming, tennis and track and field.
During these early years, Arlita discovered the beginning dynamic of executing body proper body mechanic for athlete participating in sports competitive sports.
In her "teen athletic years", the sports education transitioned from Bodybuilding mechanics to sports specific strength conditioning.
Nash Athletic BodyWorks objective is to minimize the muscular and energetic daily stresses of a client's repetitive-use activities.
The activity of Bodybuilding, preparation and competition, were the glue to discovering the Mind, Body and Energy connection to fitness. The key components to this development included understanding the use and management of to build muscle; minimize body fat growth and how to optimize food's nutritional value while in competition.
Arlita was introduced to Fitness Muscle Therapy while weight training with her NFL fitness training partners in the gym. Arlita began using Trigger Point Therapy in between training rounds of strength conditioning sessions to minimize the muscular fatigue and maintain ROM flexibility from the intensity of the repetitive-use exercises.
Competition, Injuries and Rehabilitation were the key components to Arlita's Muscle Therapy technique developments. These techniques were used in the rehabilitation of a variety of human and equine injuries from a variety of sports competitions.
Nash Athletic BodyWorks Canine/Equine/Human services provided an energetic balance between those that speak and those that speak differently.
