1/23/26 Update: Happy New Year to all! As you probably know, we are experiencing some big insurance changes in Lane County, with Pacific Source exiting its role as a care coordinating organization (CCO) for OHP and all patients being moved over to Trillium. I'm in the process of getting credentialed with Trillium Community Health Plan (OHP). I've been going through their process, but am currently not yet accepted into the Trillium network. I've already appealed that decision and am waiting for a response. The good news is that all clients with Pacific Source Community Health Plan (OHP - Medicaid) will be able to continue coming to see me for up to 60 days after they transition to Trillium OHP. I can also bill insurance plans that offer out-of-network massage benefits. Don't let your valuable benefits go to waste, book now!

As a massage therapist, yoga teacher and former competitive gymnast I’ve developed a strong intuition, based on education and experience, about the needs of a body in motion. As a former desk-jockey, I understand only too well the issues and pains that develop from over-use of technology in non-ergonomic work situations. Massaging with mindful attention, I use a combination of techniques and modalities to help you return to a pain-free, relaxed experience of your body, which I believe is your natural state. My treatments are therapeutically effective in relieving headaches and migraines, speeding the healing of muscular injuries, relieving pain and stress,  increasing freedom of movement throughout the body and more. After your session, if appropriate, I will suggest follow up stretches or exercises that will help you maintain the benefits of your massage.
