I have been practicing as a licensed massage therapist since 2014 graduating from the Lane Community College L.M.T. program where I was trained in Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofacial release, trigger point techniques and muscle stretching.  Since that time I have continued my education by receiving training in Lomi Lomi hot stone massage therapy. 

Focusing on the therapeutic aspect of massage, I seek to locate the root cause of each of my client's discomfort.  Based on my findings and the client's feedback I offer a treatment plan to not only relieve stress, but to also improve overall bodily functions. 

Outside of massage I enjoy writing, photography, listening to music, volunteering in the community and spending time outdoors with friends.
