Hello! My name is Bouldin Holland. I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, and also I've been trained under Douglas Holland LMT in Cortland Ohio. I've made it my goal to aid in restoring muscles successfully to a healthier state. Stresses in life, bad posture, poor compensation patterns and trauma can contribute to muscular dysfunction. How someone walks (their Gait), and their range of motion (ROM) can contribute to their pain and limited movement. Through a wide array of techniques and modalities, I do my best to teach muscles to achieve a better tonicity. Therefore bringing the body into back to homeostasis, where the body is balanced and in good health, which can contribute to less pain, more mobility, and better sleep.
