Jovina Herrera (NM LMT #8564) is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion from the University of New Mexico, bringing a well-rounded and intuitive approach to therapeutic care.

      Since beginning her massage therapy career in 2012, she has cultivated experience across a range of professional environments, including luxury spas, fitness facilities, chiropractic clinics, and private practice. She is trained in Ashiatsu barefoot massage, a specialized technique that utilizes gravity and controlled, broad strokes to deliver deep, effective pressure.  Her background in group fitness instruction and community health education informs her comprehensive understanding of the body, supporting her focus on athletic performance, functional mobility,  injury rehabilitation, pain management, and recovery— particularly for professional women athletes.  She has also worked with celebrities and professional athletes.   

      She also integrates a variety of modalities such as cupping, hot stone therapy, heat applications, and aromatherapy, blending principles from both Western and Eastern practices to support holistic wellness. She also offers prenatal and relaxation massage services tailored to restorative care.  Guided by a strong belief in the body’s natural capacity to heal, she is dedicated to enhancing quality of life through personalized treatment, client education, and making therapeutic massage accessible and effective for diverse populations.
