I’m Jared, founder and therapist at Integrative Body & Mind.
My approach is based on the understanding that pain and tension are often connected to more than just tight muscles. Stress, posture, movement patterns, and nervous system overload can all contribute to the way discomfort develops and persists over time.
Rather than focusing only on symptoms, I take an integrative and personalized approach to treatment. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and may include focused therapeutic work, calming techniques for the nervous system, and full-body treatment designed to reduce tension, improve mobility, and support long-term relief.
My work is informed by several therapeutic approaches, including Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, postural and movement-based treatment methods, and modern pain science principles. These techniques allow me to tailor each session to your body’s specific needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I take the time to listen, understand what your body is telling us, and create a session that is both effective and restorative. My goal is for you to leave feeling not only physical relief, but also more relaxed, grounded, and connected to your body.
