I have been struggling with muscle tension in my neck for weeks, and Sharlene was able to perform a deep tissue massage using heat and focused pressure to work out the knots in my neck and traps. She did an amazing job!

Sharlene asked if I had problem areas that I wanted her to focus on. She worked on those areas and boy I felt great afterwards.
