Please Note:

If you cancel a secured appointment for any reason, the appointment will be released and will not be rescheduled.

Please do not transfer, gift, sell, or give your appointment to someone else. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and are not transferable without prior approval.

If someone else arrives for your appointment without advance communication and approval, they will be turned away and you will be charged in full for the session. There are often other clients waiting for an opening and the schedule is managed carefully to be fair to everyone.
