If no dates or times appear on the calendar, this indicates the schedule is currently at full capacity. You are welcome to place yourself on the waitlist—especially if you are redeeming a gift certificate— and I will contact you with the next available opening as it arises.

Massage therapy is most effective when it’s planned proactively, rather than waited on until pain becomes urgent. I encourage clients to schedule appointments weeks or even months in advance whenever possible to best support their body and ensure availability that fits their life and routine.
