I began my journey towards massage therapy through my interest and studies in aromatherapy. I had a strong desire to pursue complimentary options to conventional medicine. This was a heavy lift as I side lined my professional career in the mortgage and banking sector along with my personal life as a military spouse raising three sons. My passion for helping others and providing comfort ultimately lead me to pursue an Associate Degree in Complimentary Healthcare Sciences. What seemed like a natural next step, I earned an  Associate Degree in Massage Therapy from Sandhills Community College located here in Pinehurst, NC. I am excited to be a part of the Wellness co/op of Southern Pines and look forward to serving the Community I have come to call my own.  

Now a bit about my capabilities and specialities. I am a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of North Carolina. I specialize in a variety of massage modalities to include Swedish, Sports, Pregnancy, Thai, Reflexology, and Myofascial Release, among others. I am most excited to utilize my training in Medical and Outcome based therapy to improve the lives of my fellow Sandhill’s residents. I am excited to welcome VA clients as well. I am trained to and use a variety of tools such as hot stones, bamboo, gua sha, and cups. This can all be coupled with aromatherapy. I am a constant student and always expanding my knowledge base through research and hands on training. My objective is simple…to provide a catered and individual experience unique to each client based on their needs.
