Hello!  My name is Ian Heaton, and I am a licensed clinical massage therapist in the state of North Carolina (LMBT# 23120). I attended NC Massage School in Cornelius, NC, and I also attended Elon University for a degree in Kinesiology. While I was in college, I fell in love with anatomy and physiology, and while I was in massage school, I fell in love with applied neuromuscular therapy. Because of that, I chose to specialize in neuromuscular therapy and sports massage with my main focus being pain management and injury rehabilitation. If you’re in pain or are looking to improve your performance, then I’m your guy! My approach is a highly clinical one in which I treat your immediate symptoms for relief, but also look at the larger picture to take care of the underlying causes of your pain. Through a series of orthopedic assessments we will figure out where your pain is coming from and how we can most effectively treat it. Let’s bring your body back into alignment!
