In order to provide efficient and timely service, you will be asked to pay a deposit fee to equal half of the total service fee when you schedule.  The remaining fee will be due at the time of service. This deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at Andrea.h.punch@gmail.com. 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and nonredeemable for cash. Appointments booked using a gift certificate require a minimum of 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice or missing the appointment will result in 50% of the session cost being automatically deducted from the gift certificate balance.

All gift certificates expire 1 year from purchase date.
