Terah holds a space for you to calm your nervous system, create balance, relieve tension, and nourish your body. With over 20 years of experience as a Massage & Bodywork Therapist, she weaves together various modalities to create a massage catered to your needs. During these years, Terah realized she wanted to help her clients learn how to use their bodies in a more effective and healthy manner outside of the massage room. She deepened her education and graduated with an undergraduate degree in Health Science and Creative Writing. Terah also holds a Master's in Library & Information Science.
Terah believes movement is medicine. She is a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT-200), a trained Pilates instructor, and loves teaching mindfulness techniques such as meditation, breathwork, and somatic exercises. She teaches Body Awareness Classes that infuses her knowledge of the body, these practices above, writing, and Chakra work.
