About Me
Hi, I’m Amanda. I offer therapeutic massage and craniosacral therapy for people who are feeling overwhelmed, overworked, or disconnected from their body due to stress, pain, burnout, or the demands of everyday life.
My work is centered around creating a calm, grounded space where your nervous system can settle, your body can release what it’s been holding onto, and you can feel more like yourself again.
Clients often come to me carrying more than just physical tension. Whether it’s chronic pain, fatigue, stress, headaches, jaw tension, or nervous system overload, I meet you where you are and tailor each session to support what your body needs most that day.
My approach to bodywork is not about force. I do deep, therapeutic work, but in a way that encourages the body to release rather than resist. I don’t believe in pushing through pain or overwhelming the nervous system to get results. Instead, I work with the body thoughtfully and intentionally to support lasting change.
I’m especially skilled at working with chronic neck and shoulder tension, postural strain, jaw pain, and TMJ dysfunction. I’m trained in intraoral massage, including work inside the mouth, to support headaches, jaw tension, and related concerns. This work is always done with clear communication, consent, and a gentle approach.
My background includes advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release through the Upledger Institute. I’ve also begun studying Visceral Manipulation and continue expanding my training to better support the body’s natural ability to heal and regulate.
In my sessions, I combine therapeutic skill with intuitive, trauma-informed care to create space for real rest, relief, and restoration. My goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, more at ease in your body, and better able to move through life comfortably.
In addition to private sessions, I also provide on-site bodywork for retreats, wellness events, nonprofit organizations, and select travel-based opportunities.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’ve been looking for, I’d love to work with you.
