My journey started early—massaging my aunt during her sickle cell flares. Seeing how much relief I could bring her, even in a hospital bed, made me realize the power of healing through touch. That moment sparked my passion and shaped my purpose.

Today, I specialize in a variety of techniques, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy. My approach is deeply personalized, grounded in compassion and tailored to support your body’s unique needs.

Having grown up around chronic illness, I offer a deeper level of care for those managing long-term conditions like Sickle Cell Anemia and Fibromyalgia. I understand how pain affects more than just the body—and my mission is to help you find relief, peace, and wellness, one session at a time.
