After three decades of swimming, cycling and running, including completing the Boston Marathon and standing on the starting line of the Ironman World Championships, I’ve learned firsthand the toll training and competition can take on the body. Now, as a licensed massage therapist, I bring that lived experience into my practice. I understand the aches, tightness, and injuries athletes face because I’ve been there myself, and I know how important recovery is to staying healthy and strong.
Massage eventually became a cornerstone of my own training journey, helping me stay resilient through countless miles and workouts. Over the years, I’ve seen how regular bodywork not only supports performance but also restores balance and well‑being. Additionally, watching my wife benefit from massage after long, stressful days of work has reinforced for me that its impact goes far beyond athletics—it’s about helping people feel and function at their best.
With humility and gratitude, I’m excited to give back to the running, triathlon, and athletic community that has given me so much. My goal is to provide care that helps athletes recover faster and prevent common injuries, while also offering everyday relief for those carrying stress in their bodies. Whether you’re chasing finish lines or simply seeking balance, I’m here to support your journey with the same dedication that has guided mine.
