I'm Crystal- a licensed massage therapist, anatomy nerd, and owner of Muscles to Motion Therapy inside Team Fusion Jui-Jitsu & MMA in Springfield, MO. I specialize in orthopedic and sports massage for athletes and active individuals who want real, lasting results. I graduated from Wellspring School of Allied Health in May 2024.  My sessions are focused on recovery, injury prevention, and helping you move better.
