I attended Northwestern Health Science University and graduated in 2004.  I have worked along side many different health professionals from Chiropractors, personal trainers, to body workers. I am so fortunate to have a job skill where I get to help people feel better and engage in their daily life. I combine all my experience and knowledge and offer a custom tailored massage experience . Every person and every body is different. From relaxation to specific deep tissue/trigger point therapy for acute or chronic pain. I look forward to helping you live a healthy lifestyle by being one part in your health care. On a more personal note:  I am married to my husband Travis of 15 years. We have 3 spirited and social children. Jonah is 14 and loves reading, editing videos, football, wrestling and fishing. Maddy is 13 and enjoys being with her friends, drawing, animals, wrestling, soccer, and being outside . Clayton is 10 and is all about airsoft guns, swimming, music, getting messy outside, candy, and making people laugh. As a family we love to camp and being active in the community.
