I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, and Registered Occupational Therapy Practitioner with over three years of experience in rehabilitation, lymphedema management, and holistic client care. My clinical background has given me a deep respect for the body’s natural ability to heal, while my own life experiences have inspired a passion for supporting health from a truly holistic perspective. My specialty area of practice is Manual Lymphatic Drainage to treat lymphatic disorders and provide client education on how to support this vital system. I am also passionate about helping people to relax and reset with the goal of balance in the nervous system. 

Through massage therapy, I’m able to combine my clinical knowledge with a more intuitive,
relational approach that supports not only physical recovery but also emotional release and
somatic awareness. I bring empathy, curiosity, and dedication to every session and thrive in
environments that value genuine connection, open communication, and individualized healing.
