What attracted you to a career in massage?
I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel better, and massage therapy felt like a natural way to turn that into something meaningful. I love that massage allows me to help people slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and walk away feeling better than when they arrived. My connection to sports and athletes has also given me a unique appreciation for how much our bodies go through—whether it’s training, competing, working, or simply keeping up with everyday life. I wanted to create a space where people could focus on recovery, relaxation, and taking care of themselves without feeling guilty about it.
Which school did you attend and which certifications do you hold?
I attended Advanced Massage Therapeutics, where I completed my massage therapy education. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the state of Kentucky.
What techniques do you specialize in? What issues or conditions does your work help improve?
My approach is centered around individualized, therapeutic massage. I offer deep tissue, sports recovery, myofascial release, relaxation massage, and reflexology, tailoring each session to what your body needs that day.
My work can help address muscle tension, tightness, everyday stress, soreness, limited mobility, and the physical demands that come with an active lifestyle. Whether you’re an athlete recovering from training, someone dealing with the tension of everyday life, or simply looking for time to relax and reset, my goal is to meet you where you are and create a session that feels purposeful and restorative.
Where are you available to provide massage?
I provide massage services through R&R Recovery Lounge in Louisville, Kentucky, offering a private, comfortable environment focused on recovery and relaxation.
What hobbies and other interests do you have?
Outside of massage therapy, I love staying connected to sports and spending time around the athletes and families who have become such an important part of my life. I enjoy coaching, supporting young athletes, being active, and spending time with my family and friends. I’ve always enjoyed being involved in the sports community, and that experience is a big part of what inspired me to create R&R Recovery Lounge.
At the end of the day, I believe that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.
“Sometimes healing begins with simply giving yourself permission to slow down. To breathe. To let go. To take care of yourself.”
