**Due to an unfortunate hand injury, we will not be taking appointments for at least two weeks. Thank you for your understanding while I heal one of my most important tools.**

Here at Lotus Bodywork & Wellness we strive to heal not only the physical but the inner you in YOU. No two bodies are the same or face the same issues, so we customize treatment sessions based on your needs with intention, dedication, and a custom approach. We believe that a healthy body also goes with a healthy and positive mindset because ALL of you matters. When you work on the physical, the inner light shines as well. We offer Swedish (gentle/relaxing), Deep Tissue (specific work/stretching/deeper approach), Injury (Ex: rotator cuff, tennis elbow, hamstring pull, patella tendonitis, etc) and add on services (hot stone, cupping, body scrub). In the near future we will also offer Reiki, Jin Shin Jyustu, Ashiatsu, and other modalities.

We accept cash, paypal, zelle, venmo, cashapp, and credit/debit cards for payment.
