Essence completed her certification at Wellspring School of Allied Health with over 1000 hours of  integrative technique  and continued education. She has taken courses in Trigger point therapy, Swedish & Relaxation, Sports, Pre & Post natal, Passive and Facilitating stretch, Heat/Cold therapy and  many other modalities. She passed her National Board Exam and is Licensed to practice in Missouri, Olathe, Overland Park, Prairie Village and Leawood Kansas. With each client, her touch will respect the inseparable connection between mind, body and spirit. While creating and establishing a partnership through practical medical bodywork and sensory enrichment massage therapy. She keeps her practice fresh and innovative, by studying different ways the body tends to retain stress, releases tension, and heal itself. She has found that through understanding anatomy myofascial meridian lines,  manual deep pressure and  passive stretch can relieve pain, anxiety, & even knots. Essence loves massage because it not only relaxes clients, it also gives clients the opportunity to invest in themselves. She enjoys seeing people and being a part of others' healing.
