Massage Therapy Etiquette:
Elemental Massage & Wellness offers a safe and secure professional therapeutic massage. Client's will be conservatively draped and any unprofessional, unethical, or inappropriate remarks or advances will result in immediate termination of your session followed by collecting payment in full for the reserved session.

Promotional Rate and Cancellation Policy:

Cancelling and/or Rescheduling your appointment VOIDS the promotional rate offered. If you prepaid for your service, the amount previously paid (if any) will be applied to your future full price service. If you late cancel or fail to show up for your scheduled time, you will be charged the full appointment price and your prepaid service will be redeemed.

Cancellation Policy:

A 24 hour advance notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You may be billed for the full time reserved in the event of a late cancellation or no show. If your service was prepaid, the full prepaid amount will be redeemed and no longer available. Please Note: If you are sick or feeling ill, please cancel your massage for the health and safety of all involved. Cancellations due to illness will not initially be subject to the cancellation fee, unless last minute cancellations continue to occur.
