Our Founder and Main Practitioner, Alyssa Hanson, grew up immersed in music with parents who were both accomplished musicians. Her mother is a professional vocal performer while her father conducts, arranges, and composes music for their local religious organization (and formerly the mainstream music industry). Their Ohio home was centered around rigorous and relentless musical training and performing… even dinner-time prayers involved the entirely pitch-perfect family singing in 5-part harmonies. Alyssa studied vocal performance at two universities and, as “first soprano,” she was actively involved with their nationally-recognized choirs. She also acted as the Song Chair for her sorority. She used her vocal mastery in pageantry helping her win the title of Miss Ohio in 2012. After years of performing music on the road though, despite much success, Alyssa experienced a rift... leading her to seek healing from her childhood and young-adult traumas. Her spiritual journey led her to the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, a discovery that would change her life. After researching sound therapy and participating in several international internships, she decided to become a certified practitioner and committed herself to creating safe, healing environments for her clients. Over the past five years, she has seen first-hand the power of sound in transforming lives. Our goal is to share these gifts with the world—re-introducing a unique and ancient modality of healing to corporate workers, our local community, and beyond. Alyssa continues to share these gifts with the world, offering stress relief, balance, and healing through the frequencies that form the very foundation of life itself
