Each clinical massage therapy and Zen Shiatsu treatment I provide is tailored to your individual needs to help you reach your health goals. Clinical Massage Therapy

In my Clinical Massage Therapy sessions, a customized combination of deep tissue, Swedish, manual lymphatic drainage, and sports massage techniques are applied to help with pain, tension, stress, and/or recovery.

Prenatal and Postnatal Massage

Women’s bodies go through profound changes during pregnancy. Prenatal massage is meant to support a woman through all stages of pregnancy. Treatments aim to decrease the aches, pains, and stress associated with pregnancy and are done in the sidelying position to avoid putting pressure on the abdomen.

 Zen Shiatsu

Compressions and movement are combined to help with pain and tension, the symptoms of autoimmune disorders and other chronic conditions, digestive and sleep issues, stress, emotional unease, and more. Please wear soft, loose-fitting clothing to allow for movement during your Zen Shiatsu appointment.
