I'm your therapist if you want a long term solution to physical pain and discomfort. My primary purpose is to help you become pain-free within 1-3 sessions with very specialized and targeted techniques that destress, and greatly reduce or eliminate pain, while improving circulation, mobility and daily function.  Each session begins with a brief assessment to explore the role that your cranial nerves, stress, organ mobility, and postural habits play in your pain or dysfunction. My passion is to teach you, more so than to 'fix' you. I want to empower you with the tools to make the work that I do with you lasting and permanent; facilitated by weekly one-on-one personalized sessions, or small group classes and workshops taught weekly and monthly.
