Booking & Policy Details:

• By appointment only – no walk-ins
• All non-members are required to pay a half of your service deposit when booking
• A valid credit or debit card is required to schedule
• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations, rescheduling, or any appointment changes to avoid a full-service fee. We understand life happens, and would rather you make changes within the window than lose your payment
• If we cancel on you with short notice, your next session is free – fair is fair
