My name is Stephanie Adams and I am a Licensed Massage & Certified Lymph Edema Therapist with more than 25 years experience.  I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage (now known as Cortiva Institute) which provides one of the most comprehensive training programs for massage therapists in the United States.  I have extensive knowledge of anatomy and the muscular systems and much  of my practice is focused on medical massage and pain management.  My range of skills include Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, Complete Decongestion Therapy and more.  I also specialize in conditions such as Sciatica and Auto Immune Diseases that can affect the bodies ability to function optimally.  I have learned through years of practice that people have a unique relationship with their body.  With my training and skills, I am able to assess my patients problems and provide customized treatments to meet their individual needs.  It is my goal to approach healing and wellness with a deep sense of caring, effective communication, compassion and professionalism.  At the end of the day, I find great fulfillment in knowing that I have made a difference in helping my patients feel better.
