Peter is a licensed Massage Therapist, certified in yoga and meditation, and a wellness educator, who draws upon over 25 years of experience in the wellness field to create a safe, intentional space that fosters balance, connection and a deeper sense of well-being.
I believe true wellness begins with connection—connection to your body, your breath, and your inner self. Too often we move through life in a state of tension, carrying stress, aches, and emotions without realizing how deeply they affect us. My work is about creating space for you to pause, release, and return to balance.
I bring an integrated approach to each session. Massage is not just a physical practice for me—it’s a way to open the body, calm the mind, and restore harmony from the inside out. I listen carefully, not only to your words, but to the story your body is telling, so that every session is personalized and intentional.
