Welcome to my wellness practice. I am dedicated to helping individuals connect with their bodies and understand the messages conveyed through discomfort or pain. My goal is to guide you towards a more manageable state of being by fostering body awareness and allowing energy to flow, achieving balance and alignment in the body, mind, and spirit.
By simplifying the connection between body, mind, and spirit with practical methods that can be integrated into daily life, patterns and pain in the body can begin to unwind. This is achieved using a blend of massage, yoga, energy healing, as well as awareness of patterns within oneself such as habits, nutrition, and routines.
For 20 years, I have worked with various ailments, including migraines, injuries, surgery recovery, movement restrictions and many others. Each session is designed to address your unique needs based on your history and current state. Reviewing individual history prior to your session—be it illness, accidents, athletic activities, or long-held postures—will allow for a personalized session addressing your unique needs.
