Sheila LaSella has been an Energy Healer and a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009 and has advanced training in CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki and Polarity Therapy.

Sheila is also a Meditation Instructor and has been practicing meditation and doing in-depth retreats for more than 25 years. She spent two years living at Gampo Abbey, a Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Nova Scotia and studied closely with Pema Chodron, who is one of her primary teachers.
