My journey into manual therapy and massage began over a decade ago, rooted in a background in engineering. My technical career gave me a deep understanding of the mechanical world, which naturally translated into a profound grasp of anatomy and physiology—viewing the body as a dynamic system of interconnected parts. My passion for personal development began when I faced significant health challenges, driving me to seek growth in both mind and body. Over the years, I have immersed myself in spirituality, yoga, meditation, somatic practices, wilderness skills, emotional regulation, and mindfulness. I also studied at Naropa University, focusing on environmental studies and somatic psychology, further deepening my understanding of the relationship between the body, mind, and environment. Through my own experiences with chronic illness, I developed a deep compassion for others and a commitment to helping people out of pain—both physically and through nervous system regulation. I have honed my skills in exercise science, biohacking, nervous system regulation, and holistic health practices, which transformed his own health from illness to thriving. By fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and strength through vulnerability and discipline, I help clients create a harmonious relationship with their bodies and develop a deeper connection to their own sense of identity and wellness. My approach to bodywork is rooted in a whole-person philosophy, addressing not just physical pain but also the underlying holding patterns influenced by the nervous system. I sees myself as a manual therapist rather than a traditional massage therapist, focusing on: Stretching and range of motion Mobility training Fascial manipulation Neuromuscular therapy Based in the Denver area, I am committed to being a strong professional in the field of manual and massage therapy, offering clients a unique and holistic bodywork experience. My sessions are designed to make clients feel seen, cared for, and supported, blending my diverse background to address pain, improve function, and restore balance in the body
