Greetings. My name is Mac Murphy and I am a Bodyworker and Embodiment Facilitator. My hands on work integrates the flowing art of Esalen Massage® and Deep Bodywork®. I teach Qi Gong and outdoor functional and primal movement, a practice I call Elemental Embodiment. My movement practice and connection to nature supports my bodywork. Its all connected. I am passionate about creating a safe container for my clients to receive nurturing and transformative touch, with the intention of self healing. My sessions work on many levels of the body, mind and spirit, from structural to energetic. Whether you are looking for relief from injury and tension patterns, to moving lymph and increasing circulation, or to have a nurturing and relaxing experience, I can support you.
