Tom Runge is a therapeutic massage practitioner with two years of hands-on experience helping people move better and feel stronger. His work blends Sports Therapy, Active Release Techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial work, and deep-tissue massage to create treatments that are both targeted and effective.
Tom also serves as an assistant instructor at the National Holistic Institute, where he helps future therapists build strong clinical skills and a solid understanding of human movement.
