My integrative approach blends deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, and acupressure to support both physical and emotional healing. Rooted in my Mexican-Indigenous-American heritage, my practice honors ancestral wisdom, trauma-informed touch, and your body’s innate intelligence.

As a graduate of UCSF's hospital-based massage therapy program, I offer medical massage for people navigating cancer care, neurological challenges, or post-surgical recovery, as well as massage for children and teens.

I am a COVID-cautious, gender-affirming, and anti-racist/decolonial practitioner, providing a safe, inclusive space for all—especially fellow queer and trans folks. Together, we’ll cultivate connection, relief, and balance through intentional, restorative touch.
