Hi my name is Jenae!  I was born and raised here in our beautiful Amador County and moved to Southern California after high school where I attended the National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana.  I graduated with honors and 900 hours of education in both Western & Eastern modalities.  I am very passionate about helping others, and the power of massage for healing the human body as well as our emotional traumas.  I specialize in Swedish and Myofacial Release and continue to seek knowledge from other therapists and health practitioners as well.  I am also a Certified Health Coach, and am planning on attending NHI this winter to complete their Advanced Neuromuscular Certification.
