I graduated the Master Therapist program at Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in 2001. My work in massage began in the school clinic in February of 2000. Since then, I have worked continuously as a massage therapist at two days spas in Scottsdale, Arizona. I became an independent massage therapist in August of 2008 and have loved serving a growing clientele.

I specialize in deep tissue, Myofascial, and Trigger Point Therapy, as well as LET Lymphatic Massage. I am a Reiki Master and am also a level one Craniosacral therapist.

The work I do is geared towards chronic issues and pain. I enjoy a lot of outdoor activities and experienced several injuries. I understand, from experience, what can help the body after and injury, even if it has developed into a chronic problem. 

I added lymphatic enhancement therapy (LET), using the Lymphstar machine, in January of 2025. I have found it fascinating to see the changes in a body and understand more about the role the lymphatic system plays in the healing process. The results of combining lymphatic work and massage have increased the body's ability to heal.
