********Over the years, I’ve managed ongoing shoulder issues, but the physical demands of massage therapy have progressively worsened the condition. After consulting with medical professionals, it was determined that I would need surgery to repair several tears and address joint degeneration. However, once the procedure began, the surgeons discovered significantly more extensive damage than anticipated. While my original goal was to return to work by January, the recovery process will take longer, and the earliest possible return is now looking like April—with no guarantees at this stage. I’ve been running my solo practice for a little over a year, after earning my license and diving into a career that’s deeply personal to me.
