Welcome! My name is Kelsey Boge, Licensed Massage Therapist, mom of a spunky fun loving boy, fitness enthusiast, and lover of books and cats. I have a passion for helping others feel their best and supporting them as they work toward their personal goals, whether those involve physical wellness, mental health, or overall well-being.

My love for the environment and sustainability also played a role in the creation of my business name. Gaia is the Greek goddess of Earth, often referred to as Mother Earth. Choosing this name serves as a daily reminder that the choices we make, no matter how small they may seem, have the power to create a positive impact on the environment and the lives of those around us.
