Life is an education that you have the privilege of learning from, every second of every day, if you choose to be a student that is present, willing, and able. The content we study is not always easy to understand. The topics we are presented with can often be difficult, disturbing, and inconceivable. Some of the teachers can prove to be intolerable. Yet, the subjects we study over our lifetime intertwined with the many wise teachers we have in front of us on any given day, including yourself, can also be clear, supportive, compassionate, and empowering. Knowing this to be true, led me to where I stand today, in Life's classrooms, helping people. Alongside Life's University, stood the RMT Center, where I completed Over 200 training hours to become a certified Strategic Interventionist and coach. Training at the Center For Strategic Intervention followed, where I completed my certifications specializing in relationships and advance relationship coaching, joining the team as a freelance international life coach for several years. The Center For Strategic Intervention relocated to California and is now known as The Coaching Institute. My background in the arts, teaching in some capacity since the early 90s, created an opportunity to become a national fiber art educator and coach in 2017. As one foot continued to ground itself in the arts, and the other consistently in coaching, my desire to combine my interests and training grew. Offering clients more safe and creative ways to face and overcome stressors, to help them live beyond pain and trauma, to help people be present, to celebrate forgiveness and experience personal freedom, became my focus. In an effort to combine, and expand on, all that I have learned over the years, I chose to add over 75 hours of Spinal Flow training, to become a certified practitioner of an incredible modality that amazes me and my clients every day. Spinal Flow allows me to offer my clients a regulation technique. One that reduces and/or removes physical, emotional and chemical blockages that create limitations in what people are able to perceive, feel, know, and do in their life, in the way they connect and love, and in the way they work. I feel blessed to be able to be the support, guide, coach and healer for many. I remain grateful for what I know, inspired by what I have yet to learn and excited about the people I have yet to meet and work with, today and in the future. Maybe one of these people will be you.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
