Bodywork for Your Nervous System
My work is changing and growing. I’m currently in advanced training in a trauma-informed touch modality that focuses on helping the nervous system feel safer, calmer, and more connected. These sessions aren’t about “fixing” anything — they’re about creating a grounded, intentional space where your body can soften, release, and come back into itself at its own pace.
Together we explore:
- what safety feels like in your body
- how to notice and negotiate sensation
- how to move, shift, or stay still in ways that feel right to you
- how boundaries and choice show up in a session
This work is gentle, slow, and entirely centered on you.
I’m currently opening 3 spaces for a 10-session container, the structure required for me to complete my advanced certification. If you’re looking for a deeper, more connected experience with your own body, this may be the right fit.
Lymphatic Work (MLD)
For swelling, inflammation, detox support, or simply feeling puffy or stagnant. These sessions are deeply soothing and supportive of your whole system.
1:1 Yomassage
A cozy, restorative session blending supported stretch and mindful touch — perfect for grounding, rest, and nervous-system reset.
