The Peoples Massage is meant for anyone and everyone who is looking to manage their pain, treat an injury, or to relieve stress and tension.  All fitness levels, all body types, all comfort levels, all people, are welcomed to come feel safe and share your needs and goals to help you and your body.

Services offered range from focused injury treatment and medical massage, to a calming relaxed session meant to melt your daily stresses away.  Swedish, Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique (MET), are just some of the techniques used during your session.  Choose from 60, 30, or 15 minute treatments that are meant to fit into your schedule and get you back into life feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
