At The Tea Room Massage & Wellness, we help our guests achieve their health goals by treating trauma to the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies through a combination of touch therapies while maintaining close coordination with their primary care practitioners.

The Tea Room Massage & Wellness was opened by Ben Rock, LMT, in April 2025. Based in the Alaska Junction neighborhood of West Seattle, The Tea Room serves the LGBTQ+ communities of West Seattle, White Center, and Burien, as well as the neighboring areas of Tukwila, Renton, and the greater Seattle-King County Metro area. At The Tea Room, Ben works closely with primary care providers in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health to care for oncology and transgender guests, while also providing services for athletes, laborers, and survivors of assault.

New guests book their first appointment for a 60-minute massage, which includes a complimentary 30-minute consultation with a full-body postural and gait assessment before your session and a complimentary 30-minute post-treatment assessment with conversation about aftercare, treatment plans, and home maintenance.

After your first appointment, you can book either 60- or 90-minute massages. A 60-minute massage books as a 2-hour appointment for $140; a 90-minute massage, a 2.5-hour appointment for $160.
